Repetitions Are Your Reputation: Lessons From My Basketball Coach NBA Player Pooh Richardson

#repost : Pooh Richardson, former professional basketball player, came over to help me improve my shot and game.

Basketball is a metaphor for life, especially when people start to drift away from what’s working. Once you get into a streak, don’t change anything.

As Pooh said, “Repetition becomes your reputation.”

Momentum creates wins, wins create more wins, and little wins create big wins.

Whatever you do, try to get two in a row.  A 2 streak. That’s it.

What’s an example where you overthought it and tried to get a streak of 10, didn’t follow through, and ended up with nothing?
