Stitches- Facts (Why is He dissing Young Jeezy?)

                                 Stitches - Facts. I just checked out this song "Facts" by Stitches.  He is rapping about doing cocaine, and being up all night.  He also says he is the real snowman.  Why is he dissing Young Jeezy?  He also calls Young Jeezy a "Snitch", and mentions Big Meech.   Is this real beef, or is this another rapper taking shots at an established rapper to get press?
